We Help Property Owners Bring
Real Estate Taxes Under Control

Tax Abatement Inc was established in 1987 to help property owners obtain fair property assessments, and correspondingly fair property taxes. Tax Abatement has consistently represented many of South Florida's largest and most successful property owners over the past 22 years.

Why use Tax Abatement Inc to help lower your property taxes?

As specialists, we are experts in the way market values are calculated. We can determine, after our free initial analysis and review, whether your property qualifies for appeal. We then prepare appropriate documents for presentation to the designated County officials.

Why is Tax Abatement Inc more successful than property owners or other professionals?

County property appraisers use mass appraisal techniques that do not always accurately reflect market values. As expert analysts, we use specific criteria related solely to your property to arrive at accurate and realistic values. We utilize state of the art computer analysis of comparable sales along with maps, photos, and analysis of income and financial statements to determine the proper and fair assessment of your property.

What does Tax Abatement Inc charge for their services?

Tax Abatement Inc operates on a contingency basis. The company is paid only if we lower your property tax bill. We charge a nominal filing and processing fee in the amount of $25 for each property appealed to the County's Value Adjustment Board.

What other services does Tax Abatement Inc provide?

We represent office, retail, multi-family rental, condominium projects, industrial, agricultural, including denials of exemptions, and vacant land as well as personal (tangible) property. For primary homeowners, we handle single family homes, duplexes, townhouses, and condominium apartments. We also assist homeowners with homestead exemption, storm damage, and substantial completion issues.
